A local guy got sts dealership for our area and installed one on his 2000SS .I am waiting for a ride!!
Another buddy installed one on his lt1 vert last year and it worked great. I raced him in my 96z28 vert and he kicked my *** pretty bad even though I had nittos and he was on street tires. I got him off the line and then all I saw was 95 z taillights and got to hear the cool jet sound his car was making!!
I personally went with twin gmr front mount kit but had a few reasons to go with that.
One twin kit is twice as loud as single. Two twins have potential for more hp than smaller singles.Three I wanted to keep my b and b catback and tips. Four I have kenny brown subframes but think the sts can modify the kit so they work now.
And guess lastly just like the words twin turbo!!Always wanted a twin turbo f body back since 1978 when bought my first car a bandit ta..or a superchaged 6.71 2nd gen.
Anyway congrats the sts works good you will have a blast with it. And it looks great back there also!!They are real hits at car shows!

Yeah Mitch it's me, I'm still currently deployed, you know the whole operation enduring freedom thing. But things are still going on strong back home. I hit 15 years in the navy in August, 5 years left until retirement . If you need a system you know where to look. 600hp can be reached with that STS kit with methanol and a few additional mods. (Clutch will go out long before that) Get a good one man don't go cheap.
There are many kits out there to choose from with many options progressive controlled is the best way to go for a daily driver for whatever company you decide to go with.

So this turbo kit can be easily used on stock block with a good tune and ofcourse not going crazy. I'm looking into a nice turbo set up but I'm thinking about going built block but part of me isnt alsong as its still safe and you treat the car right.
