what you dont think stock gears can blow? 3.42s do have a little more meat on them but if you got enough to blow 3.73 or 4.10 its only going to be time till you take out the 3.42

I blew apart the stock Differential with a basically stock motor, and I have an A4. Bigger tires is what does it really. I didn't change the gear ratio until later.

damn.

I have a 25.7 tall tire. 315/35's
so a taller tire wont be a problem
as i'm not running one.
I guess I'll stay with 342's
