Default Exhaust question ...

I currently have Mac headers with an off-road y-pipe going into my Loudmouth. After about a yr of the Loudmouth I can't take it anymore .. With no Cats this thing is absolutely disgusting ... My ears and neighbors can take no more .. anyways .. I am going to get a set of those sweet *** QTP headers with that Y-pipe with the built in Electric cut-out. What I want to know is what is the quietest Highest flowing lightest muffler on the market. Is it made by SLP is it Corsa? Please help out

i've heard that the borla xr-1s are quiet and flow as good as straight pipe and that the xs (something like that i think) is even better.

but here are some flow number i do know for certain mufflers

3 in.dynomax bullets and ultraflows, magnaflows 2200 cfm

3 in. crossflow dynomax, magnaflow mufflers 1100 cfm.

3 in. crossflow hooker aero-chamber (the one in the hooker cat-back) 900 cfm.

3 in. flowmaster 80 series crossflow 350 cfm.

Actually A LOT of knowledgeable car guys are raving about the MAGNAFLOW mufflers and cat back. None of the ususal sponsors carry just the mufflers though?? i found www.exhaustproslinc.com for just the muffler. I got a set of stainless stock style z/28 tips .

I'm also going with the Magnaflow 14267 (muffler only) and www.exhaustproslinc.com has them for a real good price. I'm also going with the polished sqare Z28 tips. Waiting for the parts to arrive. The rest of the exhaust will remain stock.

look in the sig, I like corsa. Your looking at the same set up that I want (QTP headers, dual cut outs, and Corsa if you pick it)
