Default Head suggestions???

I am looking for a mild street head for my 2000 C5. I'm considering the Dart 205's and the Texas Speed and Performance heads. Anybody here have any input? I haven't heard a lot about either one but really haven't looked too much either. Any advice would be helpful.

Many LS1 guy's run the patriot stage II heads. Me I prefer ETP. I have expensive taste though.

I'd say go with an aftermarket casting. You will see more hp and torque with a much more daily drivable cam (224ish). You should look into the AFR, Dart, Trickflow and the upcoming Patriot Predator heads. If you want to spend the most money, go with the ETP. That's the route I'm going to go. They have more PV clearance for a larger cam and have awesome flow numbers. However, I think you will have great gains from any of the heads above over the CNC LSx heads or 5.3 heads. However, I'd probably keep with the 205 runner unless you plan on a large cam and a big intake setup.

Its a money question. How much do you want to spend? If you've got 2-3k to spend then you look at afr and etp. If you have 1k to spend then you look at TSP's. If you have 1000-1999 to spend then worked over darts would be nice. Its all about money. My heads work freaking pretty damn good for what they are. Comparable to the more expensive heads out there in numbers.
