Hey guys i want some chrome halo head lights i was wondering how hard are they to install and which ones should i get i seen a few pairs on ebay but not sure if their safe and water sealed, let me know guys,

check the search theres a bunch of threads about this topic. Lots of people have fitment issues, possible leaking issues. But they look hot as hell.

Not to be rude, but we have a million posts already covering each one of those issues you're asking about.
Most I've seen don't leak, but just take a lot of time getting to fit right where you want them as far as gaps with the front bumper.

They are all the same. There are multiple vendors but they are selling the same product. Buy the cheapest set you can find new from a reputable seller.
Lowest BIN's I've seen are around $140 w/ shipping. Common pricing is $180 or so w/shipping.
You do have to wire up the halo, and you should use the search for options there. I like running a new fog switch to have full control best.
