I am getting 4.10s I was wondering after will i have to get my speedo programmed for the 4.10's?? his may be a stupid question but....... ya know

Yes you will
Get some tuning software such as Lt1 edit or tunercats. or you could get Hypertech Power Programmer, but the software will help you out more down the road.
