Tired of Flowmaster, getting just 1 Bullet
Subject says it all. My plan is to chop of my flowmaster setup, which runs pipes out the back. I plan on cutting it off about halfway down the car (around the door handles). Then im welding a 2 1/2" Bullet and a turndown on. I think it will flow much better and the sound will greatly improve. Car has stock exhaust except for a flowmaster mufller and tips. Any Tips for the angle of the turndown? How do you think it will sound? THNX!

You might want to use a 3" bullet, not a 2 1/2" because it would be a restriction. Just FYI...

interesting...well i ordered the 2.5", will it be a big deal? I figured on the 2.5" since that is close to the Stock I pipe size. I plan on doing 3" when i get headers and true duals.

It should be fine on the stock I-pipe since you plan on upgrading to 3" later. The stock I-pipe is actually 2.75", so it shouldn't be any more restrictive than the stock manifolds and cats
