Default Safe to drive

I just picked up a car today. Prev owner hurt it on the dyno w/ the bottle.
They did a leak down test and could hear coolant bubbling when they did the #3cylinder.
I took the car out today for a drive to check it out and just driving normal (no wot runs) it ran perfectly fine and i couldnt tell a sign of a blown headgasket. I did make a quick wot run and could just barely smell coolant for a breif moment and that was it no smoke or anything.
Just normal driving was absolutrly fine, no smell, no smoke, no missing or running rough and it never got over 210* sitting still or 195* while moving.
As long as I am easy on it would i be ok to run some errands like getting it inspected, go by my insurance place etc.. before i tear it down and swap headgaskets. I see no evidence of coolant getting into the cylinder but I still need to check my oil for coolant. It its ok can I limp it w/ out damage?

My gut tells me to park it and fix it but damn i just got it and want to drive it

I too would say fix it, but if you are only going to drive it around gently it sounds like you have nothing to worry about. Fix her asap. Don't wait until its too late.
