Default Low A/F BLM's....What are the possible causes?

Logging data shows low load BLM's under 110, medium load around 115 and high load seems to be normal.

What are all the possible cause for these low BLM's?

Check your fuel pressure. My adjusable FPR got set to 65 PSI somehow and I was running at 108 BLMs. Set it back to 43.5 PSI and now they are in the mid 120s.

I am running stock injectors and stock FPR, no mods to fuel system. It dynoed rich last time too so this is not a surprise. The car has always seemed to run rich. Last year the plugs fouled so bad it would not start plus I get the black spray out of the exhaust from time to time.

With my mods do I need the new injectors and a FPR?
What should my stock setup pressure be.

Thanks

I would take a look at the injector constant in the PCM and see if some one has fudged it or the MAF tables even
