Nasty Performance timing chain cover I noticed they have one that is like the QTP, but it's not polished. Therefore the price is really nice. One question, can you use the QTP high volume oil pump with it?

I don't believe you can because it is a modified stock cover. The QTP cover, while more money, is machined from billet and will accomodate the larger pump. If you have not seen one in person, this is a high quality piece. Not positive on the pump fitment though, so best to check with the vendors.
