Default 275/40/17 Et Street on 02 SS

I was having a major spin problem on my 2002 35th anniversary camaro ss,So i decided to invest in some Mickey Thompson ET Streets. They are 275/40/17 my car is a M6 with 4.10's. It is basically a Pretty Weekend car, what Psi are yall running yar Et streets. I am going to be running mine on the streets.I want to be able to get some good launches without blowin the rear tires off the road. And also what RPM are you getting good launches at?

run them around 20 on the street. if ur car still has a 10 bolt get ready to rebuild/ replace it because they will destroy that thing in a matter of days.

20 is what is recommended for the strip. The street they recommend the highest that works for you. Max PSI on the sidewall is 44 on my 255/50/16's. I run them at 36 on the street so the don't wallow around when I'm cornering or changing lanes. They stick like glue everywhere. The only time I spun them on the track is doing a launch off the rev limiter. I spun them once on the street when I reved it up pretty high but I got more slip from the clutch than I did spin from the tire.
