Default Hessitation and two SES codes. Where do I start?

My car is hessitating when ever there is a load on the engine. It does it most at a low rpm in 6th gear when I give it gas, but will also do it at WOT. Hooked up a determinator and took it out, but the whole time it didn't show any misfiring readings, even though it was throwing us around in the car. So my SES light finally comes on. Two codes. One for each side running lean. Where do I start? Ran fuel injector cleaner...no better. Plugs? Wires? Fuel filter?? Please help.

P0171 & P0174 together? Helms says could be lots of things, exhaust leaks, precat sensors not secure, vacuum leak, intake air leak... I'd also check to be sure the MAF is clean and has a good connection. Have you done anything to the car recently?

I changed the #2 knock sensor the day before I started having problems. So the intake manifold was off along with everything in front of it.
