Default Car Ticking Question??

I am new to this but I felt the part of the forum would no the most. But I just replaced the spark plug and wires. I took it out for a test drive ran great. But when giving it more gas like half or more. A Ticking sound starts on the drivers side. It does not tick at Idle. Does anyone know what this could be and what should I do to correct it. Thanks

Other than the obvious like a loose plug or wire, check the air tubes. Did you remove them for access? Maybe the gasket is busted.

I had a plug wire not connected once and it was the coil arcing the the valve cover. Made a really neat ticking noise.

Check for loose plug wires, check the AIR tube on both sides, do you have headers? is a bolt lose on them? Stuff like that.

None of that works, try a mechanic's stethascope and rev the car at the TB while listing above each set of rockers through the valve cover.
