Default Who Ownes Painted Torque Thrust?

I found the most beautiful Blue SS with 17 inch painted torque thrust II's on this website, who owns it? I have always wanted a set of these wheels, does anybody have a set for sale, or can we post some pics of cars with them on them. Do you have to paint them? or do they come this way? Please Help, Thanks Brandon.

I want to paint my Prostars black and have a chrome lip, but I don't know how that would look, or how good the paint I use will hold up.

i sanded it totally down with 2000grit sand paper, got black high heat engine enamel, taped off the lip, sprayed the black with a very light coat the 1st time then start gettin thicker, let the black dry when its done, take the tape off, clear coat the whole wheel. took me about a while 45 minutes to do all 4 rims. the paint has held up and not cracked, chipped, or faded
