Default need help quickly

alright, on GTO's you can pull the ECU fuse go inside the car and click the key to the on position. then go back and put the fuse back in and it resets the ECU how do you reset the ECU on an 02 F-body?

Turn key on, don't start car. Pull PCM BATT and PCM IGN fuses in engine compartment. Wait 5-10 min. Turn ignition off. Replace fuses.
