Tq. Arm and Koni settings for the 1/4?

Tq. Arm and Koni settings for the 1/4? So my local f-body club/board is havig a track rental at Atco this tuesday and I'd REALLY like to run the # I've always wanted before I sell my car soon
I haven't had it to the track in over 3 years now rolleyes.gif
So here's my set-up:
Koni SA's up front and DA's out back (yes you read that correctly, I got them cheap)
Eibach pro-kit springs
Do it yourself coleman lca's and aphr with QA1 ends and rubber ends on the chassis end of the lca's
Spohn tq. arm
Stock sway bars
It's a tuned full bolt-on car with a nice yank converter and a 12 bolt with 3.73's
I just picked up a set of et street radials that I had mounted on my stock 16x8's as well
I'll also be removing my front sway bar
Soooo...where should I set my Koni's at???
Where should i set my spohn tq. arm at? -2?
