Small Block & Big Block Chevy Specific - BBC swap and wiper cowl clearance

I am contemplating a standard deck height BBC swap into an F-body, and the class I am looking at running with the combination requires teh wipers to be present and operational. I intend to run a 4150-based 4bbl carb, and a plate system. An air cleaner would be nice, but at this level, not a necessity. Any body have any suggestions? I have another induction system I am considering, but it will not be ready for some time. So, I am looking to try and make this combo work.

Depending on your manifold height it will fit, just depends on how much cutting you would have to do.
