Freakin awesome Raptor bro. Nice air too. IF i was going to get a new one it would be that color combo looks sexy. I miss my raptor, its broken right now lol. but its only an 01.

Thanx dude. Ive been without for 6 years(riding ATVs that is), know what ya goin through. You got the first year, did you have the tranny trouble and backfire problem outta yours? I had a buddy buy the first one in Alabama and his did and I remember Yamaha reps comin down to the dealer to look his over when his kept poppin the carbs off it when it backfired. I love ATVs one of the best things to do on the weekends with all your friends. Have you seen the knew Polaris Outlaw? Its got a 500cc motor like the predator, but comes with IRS. Yeah thats right IRS, i was in shock when my friend told me about it. I went to the website to look at it, and i like it alot.

saw a new raptor at the badlands in indiana last weekend. owner said it was a night and day difference between the old ones though. as for the outlaw, they're slow! they got beat by stock honda 400 ex's.

i bought mine used last year in april it already had a lot of aftermarket parts that were on it so i didnt have those problems. but mostly my problem was that the cam that the DEALER put in they didnt do **** right and so i through a valve. and naturally it was right after the warrenty was up so i got screwed hints while its not fixed yet. i dont have the money. but as soon as i do ill get it fixed. Hard to decide, parts for car or parts for raptor lol

I have YFZ front shocks on mine so I air it out on the jumps as much as I can 
. I really love the torque, its the Z06 of quads IMO in the power department. The Outlaw is kinda cool, just heavy and DirtWheels mag put it up against the Raptor and it didnt do so well to say the least
