AFR's are proven and a really great head.

The ET's are awesome if you want to spend a few hundred more including the rocker stands. They are an 11* vs AFR's 15* head so you will get slightly better flow characteristics and more PVC. Plus the bigger runner might be better if you plan on a good size cam.

I went the AFR route, mild cam and milled heads. You will be happy either way. The ET's are awesome though.

ETP 215s

I have yet to see one poor dyno result from these heads.

I agree with Danno, you can't go wrong with either. ETP's will allow you to run a larger cam w/o flycutting, which is why I went with them.

ETP are super sweet and make a ton of power.
ETP Cons
Valve Cover Spacers
New Pushrods
On my corvette you have to swing the alternator out
Fuel Rail covers don't fit(corvette)

AFR's are true bolt-on's. You can use the stock pushrods, valve covers, fuel rail covers. And you know how much power your going to make.

AFR cons make a lil less horsepower then ETP's, should mill, maybe lose 20rwhp at most.

Valve cover spacers haven't been required since the redesign in February. My OEM unmodified valvecovers fit ET 225s just fine

New pushrods most likely will be required with any head, especially a head that has some milling.

get a bare 205 AFR heads and hand port them by race-prep. if AFR has 205 11* heads i would say they would be better than ETP.

Because that's what he has. You're going to find most people are partial to what they have for obvious reasons. Let race prep port a set of 215's and then you're comparing apples to apples.
If you want to run a bigger cam and not fly-cut, go with the etp's. If you need a carb # and don't want to wait too long, go with the afr's. Both good choices.

A ETP215 is not as large as it sounds. 11 Degree head have a longer port length.

Either are nice heads.
