A/C on at idle kills car?
Was very hot here today, and I was driving in pretty heavy traffic with alot of lights and such. Everytime I stopped, I had to turn my AC off or it would bog the car down to about 500 RPMs, some sometimes completely stall it.
It seemed to not be quite as bad if I put it on the AC setting that is furthest to the right, sometimes it would idle okay, others it would still pull the engine down.
Is this common with a cammed car? Or is my compressor going bad or something and putting too much load on the engine?

Like !badair said your ac idle on needs to be turned up do to the cam. Its pretty common with all cammed cars. I had my car tuned with the ac on as well, just so it would drive good with the ac on.
