My new Siemens Deka injectors came! (pic)
Well my new Siemens Deka 30# injectors arrived last night.. I cant believe how much bigger and better made they feel than the 24# stock units.. while the stock ones are plastic these are steel..
see the difference:

Ive heard very good things about these and that they use a better design than the Bosch or SVT injectors (rotating disc).. They certainly seem well made. I found them for a good price also, $229! A must do if your doing your intake anyways
In other news the cam, 918's, pushrods, LS6 oil pump and Katech chain are all installed.. now to wait for the intake to show up
Thanks to Ireland31 (Eric) for his huge effort in helping me with this.. especially the springs..

I like the way your engine compartment looks the way it is right now. BTW did you custom mold for carbon fiber yourself out of sheets, or did you have someone else do it. Nice

Steve, cant wait to see how your new set up does. My recommendation is to paint the intake red and keep your fuel rail covers pewter. Then you will match with the FIPK hoses and the valve covers.

Yes, that part comes with the FIPK but I had it color matched to the car (comes black)

I just pulled out the AC compressor and all the hoses and brackets.. i wonder what I could do to all of that??? -- now on to the power steering system and alternator..
