I have a set on the LS1 but was too Lazy to install them...So hard is it to do it on a LT1...What kind of gains have people seen with these?

15-20hp,

The Coating is horrible so try and drive in good weather.
From what I hear they are a good Value Header, but installing them on an LT1 requires lifting the car if you want to do it without alot of hassle.

I love mine. I havn't dynoed my car yet but there is a noticable difference in my opinion. Best way to install is to get the car up on jack stands and on the passenger side, take off the starter and the oil dipstick tube and it slips right up in there, atleast it did for me.
