Default need some lug nut help

i was doing ( well trying ) to do a brake job on my jeep cherokee when i noticed one of the lug nuts wasnt coming off. It eventually stripped and now the air gun wont remove it.

any advice on what i should do?

hammer in a smaller 6 point socket and use a 1/2 drive ?

no real good way to remove ,you could put a deep impact socket on it and snap the stud, they will usually break

You need to force a 6-point impact socket on there and pray for the best. Hopefully it will work out for you.

Get a set of damaged fastner removers from autozone for $20. Cut it off and buy another lug nut for $1.50. As long as its not the locking lug, no big deal.
