Default problem with ram clutch install, HELP!

ok, im installing a ram clutch and useing the stock flywheel. the problem is that the stock flywheel has 2 little dowel pins the line up the presure plate while puting the bolts in but the ram presure plate doesnt have any holes for them just the holes for the bolts, and the dowel pins are right next to the bolt holes on the flyweel makeing it imposible for me to bolt it up. i was thinking maybe i should drill holes in the presure plate or maybe remove the dowel pins from the flywheel. i was wondering if anyone has had this problem before and knows what to do.

I have seen this before in a post. I believe the guy took the pins out.
