Only when one of the bolt the holds the blade on fell out. Locktite cured that problem.

One of my favourite mods Pete. I don`t think it seals 100% but it doesn`t bother me.

All it takes is a pinhole leak to sound annoying. In fact, check the entire exhaust system carefully for leaks. Chances are, it's not the electric cuttout that's leaking. If it is, tighten the butterfly screws.

Mine leaks a little even with the silicon fix. Doesn't really bother me. You can add the blockoff plate that comes with the basic cutout to the electric valve body which will seal any leaks. Mine passed the exhaust probe inspection without a hitch and without the blockoff plate.
