Default what do I need?

I plan on paying someone to change the slave cylinder and I want to know what do I need to have to do the swap to save some money. I unplugged the master and the pedal is very stiff so no need for another master.

what else do I need?

Depending on your future mods and how many miles are on the clutch you might want to replace it while you have the trans out.

Brake fluid. Thats about all there is to the slave. The hardest part is dropping the tranny and that just takes a while, not really hard.

You wont need any gaskets. If anything, just to be on the safe side, I would go buy a tube of RTV gasket maker and keep it handy. You should be good to go with that.

I agree with chadtx01, replace the clutch have the flywheel resurfaced and replace the pilot bearing too. Also the slave should come with the throwout bearing if not get one of those too.
