you're in luck! i have saved quite a few t/a's with Y2K's, if i post your car and you want it taken down, tell me and ill be more than happy to take it down.
this one runs the 18x9.5/18x10.5 combo
this car was lowered on intrax springs i believe, 18's all around.
then 18's and 17's (OEM corvette setup)
you might wanna run spacers if you go with OEM wheels, due to the crazy offset

I have black C5 Y2Ks on my black T/A but I can't post the pictures. If you give me your e-mail I can send some to you. My car has the OEMs so it needs spacers but it has been lowered 1".

odds are youll need a HUGE spacer... please dont get the 17x8.5's for the rear, the offset of those are something like 65mm... if you want 17's in the rear, get the 17x9.5 y2k's for the rear.

Here's mine with 18x9.5 all the way around. Tires are Michelin Pilot 27/35/18. I'm going to switch to 18x10.5 for the rear. I also designed custom center cap decals with the Pontiac emblem.

I have the 18x9.5 & 17x8.5 OEM C5 wheels on my 99 t/a. I ended up getting a set of 4 @ 3/4" hubcentric spacers for the rear to get the offset to the perfect +50mm. I just thought that they didn't look quite right with the stock +68mm offset (before rear spacers). If anyone needs a set of two @ 3/4" custom spacers I'll sell them for a good deal as I didn't need them in the front as the 56mm offset is close enough for my tastes.
FYI: I ended up getting the 275/35/18 and 245/40/17 kdw tires and I am very happy with their performance.
