Questions about the A/F ratio with my TPIS headers?
I love them. They sound awesome> I didn't have any fitment problems. It's close by the K-member on the drivers side but they'll be allright. I'll be putting it on the dyno tomorrow. I forgot to buy one band clamp so I'll finish it up tomorrow morning. I went with ORP's. It's a 2 piece y-pipe. I'm missing the band clamp here. I'll take pics tomorrow of it installed.

Re: Questions about the A/F ratio with my TPIS headers?
They didn't rub on the mounts at all. It was close to the drivers side k-member, so I grinded it an 1/8 of an inch. No big deal at all. The first dyno pulls it was running about a 15 to 1 A/F ratio. My previous best dyno was 332rwhp. The first few pulls today at 15 to 1 A/F gave me about 325rwhp. I reset the computer and let it idle for about a 1/2 hour to have the computer learn it. After letting it cool down for an hour we did some more pulls. The A/F came down to about 14.5 at first and it pulled 332rwhp. We did a couple of more pulls and the A/F came down to 13.5 with a best pull of 339.5rwhp/359.1rwtq. I thought our cars ran rich after a header install. Why is mine running lean. I drove it home(clean roads today/trailered it to the shop to install yesterday) and I could feel it pull better in 3rd and 4th. Maybe a just little better in 1st and 2nd. Does the computer need to learn it more. It's winter so I won't be driving it much till there's no salt on the roads. With my mods: lid, ported MAF & TB, Supersucker what do you think of these numbers. Stock it was 299.9rwhp. Do I need MAFT? Should I retighten all the header bolts also? If anyone can host pics for me that would be great.

Yes, give the header bolts another check after a few heat cycles. I would get ATAP first and see what the A/F ratio is at all rpms. Then get a MAFT if it needs to be tweeked.

Re: Questions about the A/F ratio with my TPIS headers?
We made quite a few runs. The best was this run. At 2000 rpm's the A/F was 15. At 2500 it dropped down to 13.8. It stayed there until 4000rpm's when it started to drop. At 6000rpm's the A/F was 13.3. I thought LS1's with headers ran rich.
