Default Stumbling in turns... whats going on?!

When turning fairly quickly and giving the car a little gas it sometimes stumbles or slips up to at least like 2000 rpms then grabs hard all of a sudden, it has been doing it for probably about 4,000 miles. What the hell is this?! its really weird.

The car has 91k miles on it and is an A4. Could this be my trans going out or is it something else?

You probably already did this, but... did you check the trans oil level?

yea i did, its OK. I have no idea the last time it was changed, but if its the trans slipping that I'm feeling, then it might not be a good idea to change it....
