Default Header/SFC clearance & running rich

In looking at other posts there dosen't seem to be much comment on header to SFC clearance problems.. I'll be dealing with Jet-Hots/SLP bolt-on SFC's. Anyone?
Also, with long tubes many are running rich and may reccommend a MAFT variation.. comments? <img border="0" title="" alt="[Confused]" src="images/icons/confused.gif" />

Default Re: Header/SFC clearance & running rich

I'm running Hooker LT's with SLP bolt-on SFC with no problems at all. I don't think the JetHot LT's should be a problem they're pretty much the same design as the Hookers. As far as running rich after my LT install I was running 12.4 AFR on the dyno at WOT. I have since gotten the Predator and advanced my timing the full amount it will go (2.2 I think) with no pinging. Need to get it back on the dyno to see where I'm at now.
