that is not too big for a 4.3L engine if you build a bottom end to hold it. There are plenty of other 4.3's out there running larger than this (myself included), but you can tust throw that turbo in there and expect it to go. Lots of other things that you will need to upgrade to make the engine live past the first stoplight.

i am buying alot of supporting mods before i actually slap a turbo on it- im ordering, walbro fuel pump, AEM wideband, and an AFPR.- i understand there is more to it than just slapping a turbo on it- its going to be intercooled / methanol injected, looking to get a base tune from nelson and then work on it
btw stock whp is 150........---- even with h/c full exhaust guys are hitting high 260's
what about a turbo with these measurments?
.57T COMPRESSOR WHEEL
.50 A/R COMPRESSOR
.63 A/R TURBINE
btw i have found a .68 P-trim turbo that im prolly more inclined to buy than this t-70.

lol, ok with a .68 trim turbo or T-70 you're going to make about 300 hp at 5 or 6 psi haha, which is WAAAAAAAYYY below that turbos efficiency range. If I were you, I'd look into something smaller, say a 50 trim BB. You'll have almost instant spool and those turbos are making 400+ hp on 2.0 liters evos left and right. if you only want 300whp, then go smaller and you'll have better response and the boost curve you're looking for. And on higher boost you could go have some fun on the weekends still.
