The signal from the VSS to the PCM is a pulse I assume, but coming from the PCM to the guage, what is it? Is it a pulse or a variable voltage to swing the speedometer? I have an electronic speedo now and want to run it to the PCM, not straight to the VSS but might have to at this point.

Any ideas?
