Direct-Flow Lid install for 2002 Firehawk
Hello all,
I just got a Direct-Flow lid. I compaired it to
my SLP (OE) lid. I have a 2002 Firehawk. I noticed that the Direct-Flow lid has one hole missing on the right side for the air slicener (pardon spell). I have the air filter that came
with the lid. But did I get the right lid or not?
Or should I modify it or call LS1 Motorsports?
Thanks <img border="0" title="" alt="[Cool]" src="gr_images/icons/cool.gif" />

As Rob said-you have the right one. If the lid did not come with a filter for the air pump, run down to AutoZone and go to the ricer section. They have some little crankcase filters made by APC {I think}. Clamp one of them to the hose and zip tie it somewhere.
Oops! I just reread your post. I didn't see that it came with the little filer-use it. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Embarrassed]" src="gr_emb.gif" />
