Default Getting odometer reading without engine

OK, I've got this roller I'm looking to sell. It has no engine or harness installed. I have connected the PCM to the 3 connetors along the passenger fender and I have hooked up 12v to the Aux power on the fuse box.

I can get the key to ding, blinkers to blink, wipers on, and the backlight to light up, but I can't get the odo reading.

Any ideas?

I need the mileage to put on the title.

thanks, Chris

Power up the cluster seprate. You need a wiring diagram to do it. Dont guess.
The cluster is the sole module that the milage is stored.

OK, so I don't need the PCM connected?
