Default TCI converter problems

I have a SSF 3500 and it is having problems when locking up.. It only has 14k miles on it. I woud do a search but it is not working at the moment. Isn't this a common problem with the TCI?

Search is back in action tonight. In being on this forum for three years, I'd say that clutch failure is the most commonly reported problem with TCI's. If it has been working properly until now, it's almost certain that that's what you're dealing with. Be careful that clutch material doesn't get into your trans and gum up the works, causing much bigger problems.
