Default Water pump weep hole?

Can someone explain to me where the "weep hole" is on the water pump? I have a small leak since I put my motor back together and from what I have been reading its either the gaskets (relatively easy fix) or the weep hole (new water pump ).

Thanks guys,
Kevin

should be right by the pulley on the neck of it. sometimes one on the bottom and one on the top, get a mirror and try to look for it from different angles, if theres a stain around it thats whats leakin then u need a new waterpump, if you had the waterpump layin on the pulley while it was off the car you probably screwed up the bearing b/c theyre only designed to have pressure put on the bearing from the belt, not an inward pressure if that makes sense to you

Thanks a bunch 1LoudTA, I'll have to take a look when I get home. I don't know where its leaking from yet, it was too dark for me to find the source last night. Hopefully its just a leaky gasket.

I took the pump off yesterday and I still don't see the weep holes . But the leak seems to be coming from around the pulley so I guess its time to replace it.

Thanks for the help guys,
Kevin
