Default Advice / Help wanted

First, my car:

1996 Formula M6 82K miles

ENGINE: rebuilt (w/ STOCK parts 3K miles ago), LT4 Hot Cam kit, ported / descreened MAF, CAI w/ K&N, TB Coolant passages blocked off, PCM for Less tune. ZERO exhaust mods.

TRANS: New (STOCK) clutch, Hurst Shifter

DS / REAR END: 3" aluminum DS with solid Spicers, 4.10 gears installed by DTS in Warren MI, Poly bushings everywhere, and bolt in LCA relocation brackets.

OTHER: 3 point bolt in sub-frame connectors, and a strut tower brace. Battery located in trunk (pass side). MT 16" Drag radials (20 PSI).

Now, my runs:

Best 1/4 mile time = 14.41
Best 60 ft time = 2.01
Best reaction time 0.375

Procedure:

Heat up tires for 2 seconds, stage shallow, wind to 2k (up to 3K if I feel lucky), drop clutch on last yellow, spin tires, run slow.

Everybody tells me I should be at least 1 full second faster than I am, but I can't break 14.4.

Is it the Indian or the Arrow?

As Ross Periot would say "I'm all ears!"
