Default C6 style headlight for TA's??

Well I think that conversion kit for TA fixed headlights doesn't look so great. So I'm thinking about doing one that is more based off the C6 looks. I would like to have a HID option that would cost the same or less than the current kit out there. What do you guys think??

breathless performance is the only fixed headlight assy i know of for late model firebird/ta. its quite expensive , over $1000.00 bucks. but they sure look nice.

Well my plan is to make what I think is a better looking kit. I'm not a fan of the square headlights in that kit. I have no idea on pricing yet but my goal will be to make no more than the same price with HID's included. I work at a bank in downtown Seattle but am looking to open a shop of my own... You meet a lot of great people in banking!! The place by my work that I take care of does short and long production lines of almost anything. I will have them make the casing and the lens. After that I can have the bezel painted any color like matching factory or satin black... Another nice surprise yesterday was my boss saying "how much $$ you need?" so I may have someone to pay for the up front tooling and design! That way all I need is a commitment for X # of orders to begin rather than be like "send me $ then I'll make them". I want to have a finished product to ship out when $ is recieved. I've got other ideas for other products and am open to suggestions.

I'm calling Sylvania for the lighting as I would like to run the same set up as the C6. So the center will be the HID projector, inside will be a H9 halogen, and the outer will be a smaller marker light.

No problem... It is a big project so first step is to see if it's doable. I want it to be of great quality and to look as if it was a factory item.

Well I met w/ the company that I want to have make the molded bezel, housing, lens, and brackets. Looks like it will be pretty spendy but I am going to meet w/ him again next week after I get detailed pics & measurements. I will keep all updated as I find out more information. Also let me know if you guys have any suggestions or ideas.

They are $1,099 or $1,075 on Ebay + S/H. I want to do it about the same or less but w/ good HID's.

It shaves a couple pounds off the front end and would look better.

I paid $999.00 for mine.
Wish there was some competition! Breathless performance non popup headlights are lacking quality control.

I saw a photoshop of the c6 headlights on a ws6, looked cool and I hate non-popup lights.

I'll consider the conversion if someone made the light covers flush with the front of the facia, rather than just clear versions of the current headlamp covers
