Default Installed an LS6 Intake - Having Problems... HELP!

Ok... We got the LS6 intake on, but now I have two problems, I'm not sure if they are related...

SES Light is now on - (EGR is already programmed out of my PCM)

ASR will not engage.

Any ideas? I've looked pretty closely, and I can't find anything disconnected, crimped or the like.. Any clues? Thanks in advance!

Here are the ATAP Codes...

P0107 Manifold Absolute Pressure [MAP] Sensor Circuit Low Voltage
P0405 Exhaust Gas Recirculation [EGR] Position Sensor Circuit Low Voltage
P0410 Secondary Air Injection [AIR] System
P0107 Manifold Absolute Pressure [MAP] Sensor Circuit Low Voltage
P0405 Exhaust Gas Recirculation [EGR] Position Sensor Circuit Low Voltage
P0410 Secondary Air Injection [AIR] System
P0107 Manifold Absolute Pressure [MAP] Sensor Circuit Low Voltage
P0405 Exhaust Gas Recirculation [EGR] Position Sensor Circuit Low Voltage
P0410 Secondary Air Injection [AIR] System

EGR and AIR codes are, I thought tuned out of my PCM. EGR has been blocked off and the system non existant for some time, as has the AIR system (I haven't had AIR tubes on my car since I put on headers 2 years ago.) Any ideas?

Did you forget to plug the MAP sensor connector back into the intake? Its the one in the very back right next to the vacuum hose that goes right below it. Thats the only thing I can think of....

If you remove the A.I.R. that can set the ses light. The ses light shouldnt effect how the engine runs if everything is is hooked up properly.

Have no idea about the ASR problem.

good luck

For those interested, it was the MAP sensor plug... it was in, but not all the way...

EGR and AIR codes are always there (since I got rid of both systems), but don't throw an SES...

Having the MAP sensor in right fixed the ASR issue too! Thanks guys!
