Default SLP underdrive pulley installation

Hey guys I've got my new motor installed and everything, and now I'm trying to get the balancer on. Well..its on and I tightened it pretty hard with the old bolt, but I have no idea what torque. It was over the 150 max of my torque wrench, but the area on the balancer where the bolt hits isn't perfectly flat with the end of the crank snout. Its maybe an 1/8" of an inch off still. Is that how it is supposed to be, or is it supposed to be flush? I would have assumed flush and I'll just have to work at it harder after work, but I was just curious.

The 1/8 offset is about right, normal. Install a new bolt and torque it down!

Great, thank you very much. The belt didn't look like it was deflecting at all at idle speeds, so I just wanted to make sure before I installed the new bolt and started driving it
