Default Differences between 4.8 - 6.0 manifolds??

Im doing a custom truck mani setup. Im going w/the 6.0 manis. I was wondering, is there a difference between the 4.8, 5.3, or 6.0 manis? Are they all the same or, does the 6.0 flow the best, or will the 6.0 be the best for a setup????

Is this true? There are no differences between the 4.8, 5.3 and 6.0 exhaust manifolds? So as long as I get 02+ manifolds for no EGR they are the same? No differences in internal diameter and collector outlet sizes?

Sorry for digging up an old post, but I can't seem to find the answer anywhere else.

Thanks,

Dave
