C5 z06 VS C6
my buddy has a C6 with headers, exhaust, intake, tune. My 02 Z06 is stock. Honestly, I think I can drive better then he can. Im used to racing, hes a little older and doesnt race a lot though. Who do you think will win?

330 rwhp ? maybe a 2001 i made 358 rwhp stock 2002 z06

Z51 in the C6 or what? If he has CROSS drilled rotors then yes, its a Z51 which has various little upgrades, one of them being the Z06 geared trans. So...
..stock for stock, the C5 Z06 would win over a stock C6. Not by much but, it would edge him out, everytime. Given our drivers are equal.
From what I have seen on the street,...a properly driven C6 with headers/intake/catback/tune....(we made 407 rwhp and 396rwtq)...would rock a stock Z06 (c5).

I am going to vote for the Better driver. Tear him up.
I faced a C6Z06 three weeks ago at the track and smoked him. This was all due to driver. He ran a 13.3 to my 12.3, it was all driver.

I bet it goes to the C6. Headers, exhaust, intake, & tune. I mean if it is a real tune for the car with the mods it has and not just a hypertech job then the sucker must run really well.
Regardless though it will definately be a fun run to watch.
