Default Bad Transmission mount

So i rencently replaced my transmission mount due to a ugly loud knocking noise on the bottom of my car(it was the bar that goes from the tranny to the rear end hitting the bottom of the car) everytime i gunned it, and yeah the knocking stopped but now my car feels like a massage chair. It vibrates horribly and feels like its forcing itself at 1-3 rpms. Any idea?? Please help!!

The bar your talking about is the Torque Arm. Did you replace the trans mount with a poly one? If so they create alot of vibration and noise.

Is the torque arm fixed? How was it fixed? Was the bracket able to be bolted back up to the tail housing? When the torque arm was loose, did it knock against the driveshaft? If so, the driveshaft might need to be re-balanced.

I replaced it with a original GM one. And yeah it was knocking against the drive shaft. I noticed the exaust is too high and is puttin pressure against the transmission im thinking that might be part of the problem?!
