Unhappy First time to the track...

FIRST RUN:

rt.....................7795
60ft:................ 2.4370
330 ft:............. 6.5090
1/8th:.............. 9.6947
1/8th mph:........ 78.10
1000 et:......... ..12.3731

1/4 ET:............ 14.6059
1/4 MPH ...........102.83

I bogged the **** out of it off the line. (Lanched at about 750rpm... ) Babied it thru first and shifted at like 5,500rpm. it was a terrible run.. trap speed was alright though.

SECOND RUN:

rt:....................5858
60ft:................ 2.4149
330ft............... 6.4255
1/8th et:.......... 9.5401
1/8th mph:........ 80.06
1000 ft et......... 12.1861

1/4 ET:............ 14.4007
mph .................102.13

race weight:...... 3,665.00

Really, really easy launch again, no burnout again, SES light came on middle of 3rd gear so I shifted early and didn't go WOT thru the trap. I throw codes p0137 and p0157 at high rpm, and it just fells like it fades away up top. anyone know what thats about? anyway. just thought I'd post up my times. They will get better with a little more seat time.

That car should be atleast a second quicker. With some sticky tires maybe even faster. Those two codes are for both rear O2 sensors. I bet its something simple to fix. With some more seat time and your bugs fixed, you should see alot better times. Good luck.

If it's throwing codes just take it to Autozone so that they can analyze it for you. Most likely it will be an easy fix. Your 1/4 mile times seem accurate for your atrocious 60'. That can either be due to track prep, driver error, or poor street tires. I wouldn't feel so bad about your times. Most people go to the track their first time in LS1's and run 14 sec. passes (Depending upon whether it's an A4 or M6).

Based on your mph you should be good for high 13's with a 2.0-2.1 sec. 60'. Get that code analyzed, and my bet is that you'll have more power (Also check the spark plugs, as mine caused the car to pull timing like a ****).

I did take it to autozone. under the "TROUBLESHOOTING:" It just says the input voltage is low, and where the sensor is. Doesn't say anything else.

I guess I'll buy rear 02's and see if that will fix it. but I think there is something else thats triggering them and not the sensor itself being bad.
