Race results 6/10 npr
Last night was our Coors light Quick 16 track points race. I ran the Street class with a 11.50 break. The Da was +2688 in the motorhome with the ac on. I didn't turn on the unit outside but it was about 93 degrees with high humidity. We had a smaller car count but it was still a 6 round race. I was fortunate to win. In the final I had the advantage .050 to a .154. He ran a 14.02 on a 14.10 and I was 11.799 on a 11.80. I am currently 1st in points by 5 rounds but the season still has 4 races to go. All in all I had a good weekend Frank95z

Thanks Derick So far this year has been really rewarding. On a side note,Our track owner has decided to run our National dragster challenge on a non points race day(July 4th). Most of the regular racers that run the points program are mad about it. I feel that even if i would be lucky enough to win it that it would be a bit tainted because all of the regulars will certainly not be there. What are you thoughts? Frank95z

HRP is doing the same thing on June 24th. Most regulars will be there however.

Coach thanks for the reply. I could dig June 24 because its one of our track points races we also have one on July 8. But July 4th is a Tuesday and generally a family holiday type day. Frank95z

Mixed thoughts there. I'd prefer to run it on a regular points night, but I'm guessing they are trying to get more people to come out, so don't conflict it with points?
Sounds like with the year you are having, you might be adding a "little man" to your trophy case!
