160 degree thermo and fan congtrol !!!!
were do you set the fan control for 2002 z28 with a 160 degree
stat, and what bennies from this temp besides keeping the block cool,
and a final question what changes do you see when scanning and editing..
and what coolant do u guys use, i got the pink ****, thinking about
adding some of that new stuff that goes in the coolant to cool better....

Not really anything to look for....except maybe a little less KR. I'd knock about 25 degrees off the stock settings for a 160 stat. Too much lower and the fans will be running more often than not.

Fan 2 on/off at: 235°F/228°F

depending on what tuning software you are running you will have to convert those numbers...which isn't a big deal.. lol. just had to mention it.
also, i usually run a littler lower fan temp settings...my car never goes above 195(if even at it for a few seconds) on HOT days and in traffic
