Im not sure if you like SS's or not, but ive got a clean 2001 SS for sale. Car is located in colonial heights, near petersburg and richmond. heres the link and let me know. Its in your price range. its got more miles then what your after but it looks a better then most 50,000 cars. its got some mods as well.
