Default Rim screws???

I have a used set of draglites and a new set of 28x10.5 ET Drags mounted on them. The wheels have about 10 holes in each side from the previous owner. Most of the wheels I see only have about 6 holes in each side.
I have two sets of screws. But I'm not sure how to go about mounting them.

How many should I use per side? And in what kinda pattern?

I don't want to trash these new tires.

When I had draglites I had 8 screws on each side. I centered a straight edge over the holes in the draglites "eyeballed" and made 2 dots where I was going to drill. I repeated this procedure until I had 8 dots evenly spaced on each side of the wheel. Make sure the holes are lined up even on the inside and outside.

The holes in mine look to be off set from the inside to the out side.
