Re: Cutting EGR tube... Are you talking about the free EGR mod where you cut the tube that sticks in the intake? If so, that's where I had cut mine before I totally removed it.

Thats where i cut mine, make sure u cover the hole with a rag and then use some sand paper to clean where u cut, make sure to get all the metal shrouds on the inside of the tube too.(just incase u didnt already know) <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />

Re: Cutting EGR tube... You want to cut it about 1 1/4" from botton . There is a line around it at that point. I was told if you cut it any higher you get a ses light. installuniversity.com has a good write up on where to cut with pics.
