Default best way to remove a Y-pipe

Ok guys headers are already off the car. What's the best and cheapest way of removing the y-pipe? Will a regular hacksaw do? Thanks.

I dont understand, taking the stock y-pipe off the stock manifolds? is that what your saying. If so just unbolt it. or if you mean y-pipe off the I-pipe yea a hack saw would work but a sawzaw would be easier and a lot faster

No it's a custom 3" Y-pipe into a 3.5" flowmaster collector, yes I would be removing it at the i-pipe. I was thinking sawzaw too, but heck got to work with what I have. Thanks!

I'm hoping you don't mean you actually welded the y-pipe to the headers...
